Do you travel for photoshoots?
I am based in Los Angeles and available for travel.
Travel fees start from:
• San Francisco – from $300
• Seattle – from $600
• New York – from $1,000
Travel fees vary depending on dates, duration, and accommodation requirements.
What should we wear for our session?
Depending on the session types, such as graduation, headshot, family, engagement, baby and the client's desired theme, I will recommend some outfits. To ensure best quality photo, I may request to confirm clothing of your choice. Neutral beige, black/white, and white shirt with jeans are usually the go-to outfits for all occasions.
How long does it take to get our photos?
I will do my best to deliver your photo as soon as possible. However, to ensure a quality photo, the turnaround is approx. 2 weeks after your selection. The editing is being done in the order of received selection. It could take a little longer if you request for more edits or during the season such as graduation.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Unfortunately not at the moment, this is something I am looking forward to seeing as one of my services in the future. Please keep an eye out for it!
Can my photo not be published?
By participating in the photoshoot, all individuals participating in the photoshoot must agree to the use of their images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. Booking a session confirms your full understanding and consent. If any member of your party does not consent, a non-release fee of 20% of the total session cost will apply to cover the loss of promotional value. Please notify me before the shoot if this applies.
What is the process to book a photoshoot session?
- Fill out the contact form
- You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days
- A non refundable deposit or pay in full to secure the slot
- You will receive a reminder with some tips for the pre-photoshoot
- Photoshoot day
- Original digital proof gallery link within 1-2 days
- Select desired edits
- Fully retouched photo + downloadable original digital proof delivery within 2 weeks
How is your editing style?
I strive to preserve your natural beauty as much as possible and enhance it with Lightroom and Photoshop. Other than brightness/color grading, blemishes, and body contour/smoothing, I DO NOT do heavy liquifying to alter faces.
What are your professional experiences like as a photographer?
I have worked in the studio, capturing headshots/passport photos and retouching/manipulating photos the clients bring. Also I have participated in the photo department in UC Berkeley fashion club and yearbook club.
Do you provide originals?
Yes! All originals will be provided as a complementary for regular packages only. I provide low-resolution previews so you can review, choose your favorite images, and share memories right away. These previews are optimized for quick viewing and social media use, while the final edited photos you receive in full resolution represent my complete artistic work.
Do you do mini sessions?
Yes! First and foremost, mini sessions are perfect for anyone looking for a quick (30 min) and affordable photo experience.
Please note that low-resolution originals are NOT included by default, but they can be purchased for $50. This gives you the option to review and share additional images while keeping the focus on the final edited photos.
