[Delivery]
1. Deposit
- Minimum deposit 50% is required to complete the booking. If you invite more people after the confirmation, I reserve the right to adjust your price accordingly.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours after the deposit has been paid. Requests made after this window are non-refundable.
- Sessions cannot be rescheduled due to weather. We will proceed with the session in light rain or move indoors or change the location if needed. Rescheduling is only allowed in cases of severe weather conditions such as storms or flood hazards.
2. Additional Costs
- Any extra expenses such as parking fees, tolls, travel beyond 30 miles, and entrance fees will be added to the final cost.
- Additional shooting time beyond the agreed session is charged at $50 per 30 minutes with extra 5 edits.
3. Photo Delivery & Selection
- Within 5 days after the photoshoot, I will upload a gallery of originals. Please note that these are not the final images.
- To proceed with high quality edits, you must mark your favorite selections and confirm completion with a "Selection Completed" message via communication route.
- Edited photos will be available for download via a website link.
- Please note, RAW files are not provided in order to maintain consistent editing quality and protect the photographer’s original data.
4. Final Payment & Delivery Timeline
- Final images will be released ONLY after the remaining balance is paid.
- Unedited originals in lower quality are released at the same time as final delivery.
- Editing is done in the order of selection completion.
- Standard delivery time is **1-2 weeks**. During peak seasons (May, December), it may take **2-3 weeks**. Please plan your booking accordingly.
5. File Storage Policy
- All files (unedited and edited) are stored for **2 weeks only**. Selections and downloads must be completed within this period. After that, files will no longer be guaranteed.
6. Retouching
- Standard edits include color/level/light correction, blemish removal, and body line adjustments.
- If you prefer no retouching or have specific requests, please let me know in advance.
- Edits will be made subtly and naturally to maintain authenticity.
7. Additional Retouching
- Extra retouching is available at the following rates:
- $10 per image
- $30 for 5 images
- $50 for 10 images
- $80 for 15 images
- $100 for 20 images
- Requests for additional edits may extend the turnaround time beyond the original contract period.

1. Attire & Preparation
- Please ensure your outfit is neatly pressed to minimize wrinkles in photos.
- Avoid carrying items in your pockets, as they may affect the appearance of the photos. I do NOT photoshop wrinkles on clothing.
- Bring a bag to store your belongings; however, I am not responsible for keeping or securing them.
2. Props
- The package covers only the photography fee. If you would like to enhance your shoot with personal props (e.g., plush toys, flower bouquets, champagne, party supplies), feel free to bring them along to add variety to your photos. Communicate with me if you plan to bring props ahead of time.
3. Makeup & Appearance
- If you are wearing makeup, consider applying it slightly heavier than usual to ensure it translates well in photographs.
4. Mobility & Footwear
- Photoshoots involve walking between locations. If you plan to wear high heels, please bring comfortable shoes for your convenience.
5. Studio
- If you would like to photoshoot in a studio, it is your responsibility to research, reserve, and pay for the rental.
[Rights]
Photography Rights & Usage
- The photographer retains the rights to all images taken during the session.
- The photographer may use the photos for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
- The client agrees not to significantly alter or edit the received images in a way that misrepresents the original work.
- By participating in the photoshoot, all individuals participating in the photoshoot must agree to the use of their images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. Booking a session confirms your full understanding and consent.
- If any member of your party does not consent, a non-release fee of 20% of the total session cost will apply to cover the loss of promotional value. Please notify me before the shoot if this applies.

1. Warm-Up Session
- If you are unfamiliar with posing, the first 10 minutes will be a warm-up session to help you get comfortable. If you have plans immediately after, please account for an additional 10-30 minutes in your schedule.
2. Time Management
- Waiting time for specific popular photo spots is NOT included in the package duration. However, travel time and outfit changes ARE included in the session duration.
- If the client arrives late, the session time will be reduced accordingly without a refund or extension.
3. Accompanying Guests
- The shoot is conducted by a single photographer, allowing full focus on photography. Only ONE companion is permitted to assist, if necessary.
- To avoid delays, additional guests beyond the agreed package participants are not allowed.
4. Children in Photoshoots
- If children are involved, longer sessions may become tiring for them. Please bring their favorite toys or snacks for comfort.
- Having an additional family member to assist with childcare is recommended.
